
Brian Boling, Chief Executive Officer
As chief executive officer of Spireon, Inc., Brian Boling is the visionary and leader behind this noted provider of mobile resource management and business solutions. Formerly called ProconGPS, Boling founded the company in 2002 where it quickly became an industry leader in the sub-prime automotive industry and the fastest growing small fleet solutions group. In 2011, ProconGPS merged with Enfotrace GPS, Inc. and Procon Fleet Services, LLC., the top three providers in the MRM space to form Spireon, Inc.
Prior to Spireon, Boling was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of New Business at Philips Consumer Electronics Company. While at Philips, Boling managed the High Frequency Business Share in Singapore, leading the Far East division through its highest growth period in Phillips’ 40-year history. In this position, he was responsible for the design, construction, and start-up of new industrial facilities in Indonesia and Malaysia. Other accomplishments include the restructure the Philips Acoustics Group, headquartered in Belgium, where Boling engineered a successful turn-around that involved significant labor relation challenges in Western Europe. Following this assignment, he returned to the USA to lead the new business efforts for Philips Consumer Electronics.
With over 30 years experience in innovation and technology, Boling has been instrumental in building the only successful multi-segment MRM business providing business intelligence and solutions for the automotive, fleet, healthcare and lending industries.
Boling has an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Tim Welch, President and Chief Operations Officer
As the President and Chief Operating Officer of Spireon, Inc., Tim Welch oversees the daily operations of the company including product planning, purchasing, financial performance, partnership development, contract management, logistics, customer support, and sales. Prior to joining the Spireon management team, Welch served as the Chief Executive Officer for ProconGPS Inc., a company he was instrumental in launching. During his tenure there, the company grew to over 60% market share in the GPS Vehicle Finance Industry while increasing profits over 200%.
Prior to joining ProconGPS Inc., Welch spent seven years at Philips Consumer Electronics Company where he was responsible for over $1 billion in finished goods purchasing, and managed the Philips warehousing and transportation budget of over $80 million. His other previous positions include a tenure at Saturn Corporation where he designed state of the art just-in- time logistics systems and processes for General Motors new Saturn manufacturing facility in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
Tim has a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA in Logistics from the University of Tennessee.

Ken Vines, Chief Financial Officer
Ken Vines, Chief Financial Officer, joined ProconGPS, Inc. in early June 2011 and helped steer the company through its successful merger of Enfotrace GPS, Inc. and Procon Fleet Services, LLC., to form Spireon. In his role as Spireon’s CFO, Vine is responsible for ensuring the continued financial stability and growth of the company. This includes overseeing development of Spireon’s financial plans and strategies that enable to company to invest in continual product innovation and partnerships to maintain an industry-leading position.
Vine brings to his role as CFO extensive financial experience culled from previous positions as the Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies primarily in the telecommunications equipment market — among them, a multinational company with over $450 million in revenue that operated in thirty countries.
Ken is a CPA and has an MBA from University of North Texas.

Brad Jarvis, Chief Marketing Officer
As the Chief Marketing Officer of Spireon, Inc., Brad Jarvis oversees all marketing functions and programs for the company and its comprehensive family of Mobile Resource Management (MRM) and Business Intelligence Solutions. Following the merger between ProconGPS, Enfotrace GPS, Inc. and Procon Fleet Services, LLC., Brad was instrumental in developing and launching the bold new Spireon corporate identity and brand which has since gained significant recognition across the multiple vertical industries the company serves.
A senior global marketing executive, Jarvis has contributed to the rapid growth of a number of companies through innovative products, brands and initiatives. Jarvis’ previous experience includes his tenure as the Vice President of Global Marketing for HID Global, and as the head of product marketing for Printronix, an auto identification and logistics company as well as Lantronix, a provider of embedded device networking solutions. Jarvis also spent 14 years with Xerox in a range of senior management positions in sales and marketing, including as director of corporate strategy.
Jarvis received his BS and an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
