- Recovery Workflow: Gives vehicle location access to your recovery agents via an online portal. Instead of having to constantly relay information to your agents, they can work independently and respond to the most current data during the process. We’ve seen recovery times decrease by 97.77% with this feature.
- Location Genie: Analyzes stored vehicle location data to predict its most probable and current location utilizing patented technology.
- Payment Notifications: Reminds your customers of payment reminders through optional in-vehicle buzzers. Payment reminders have been proven to keep borrowers on track with payments which ultimately helps them rebuild credit.
- Reference Genie: Eliminates the time and manual effort needed to validate customer references and STIPs. With GoldStar’s patented Reference Genie™, data is automatically collected and analyzed to validate work and home addresses – no phone call or manual report needed.
