New Password Requirements Coming

In an ongoing effort to ensure your data and customers’ data remain well protected, GoldStar password requirements will be updated.

After the update, when you log in, you’ll be prompted to reset your password and also to enter the email address associated with your login ID or enter a new email address you plan to use. ​​​​Once the email address is entered, you’ll receive a verification code via email which you will also need to enter.  The verification code will expire within 24 hours, but it’s easy to request a new code via the login page.

Please remember it’s best practice that everyone using GoldStar has their own user ID and password. Feel free to contact GoldStar customer service if you need help setting up additional account users.
