Service Notification: Some CDMA Devices Not Reporting Current Locations

We are currently experiencing an issue with select CDMA devices which is causing them to report an old location rather than a current location. This seems to be related to the internal clock within each device, and many telematics providers are reporting the same issue. We are working diligently to correct the situation and will provide updates as we receive them.
