How should I prepare for an interview?

Come with a few examples in mind that demonstrate your strengths, and any questions you have about the opportunity.

What should I expect when I interview with Spireon?

Our Recruiters will email you an invitation to discuss your experience and education, to see if we have a match. We might give you a skills-based exercise that is related to the position. We will also ask behavior-based interview questions that give us a sense of how you solve problems, how you present your ideas and other examples of skills related to the position. If you are an Engineer, we will ask you detailed technical questions about your skill set and to perform live coding scenarios. We will share collaborative software to walk us through coding instances together.
