The Orange County Register Names Spireon a Top Workplaces 2021 Award Winner
IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 10, 2021 — Spireon, has received a Top Workplaces 2021 award from The Orange County Register. The honor is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection, to name a few.

Top Workplaces assesses a company’s ‘organizational health.’ The research from Energage shows that the core elements of organizational health are what employees value most in the workplace and that organizations with high levels of organizational health outperform their peers. Employees want to align with the company’s vision, be challenged by a high-performance culture, and feel that they are valued and that their voices are heard.
