Spireon Wins Silver in the 2018 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Leading provider of connected vehicle solutions earns fourth award for superior,
white-glove service and support

Celebrating their fourth customer service award in the past ten months, Spireon was named a Customer Service Department of the Year in the Airlines, Distribution and Transportation category. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals worldwide.

Spireon consistently receives outstanding Net Promoter Scores from customers, exiting the fourth quarter of 2017 in the mid-60s, which far exceeds the industry average for business-to-business technology companies.  Spireon credits their highly trained and responsive client service, sales and support representatives who provide a “white glove” approach to every customer.  The customer service department answers all phone calls within 58 seconds on average, and resolves 83 percent of customer issues within the first interaction.

The superior performance of Spireon’s customer service department has earned three additional awards in the past ten months, including the Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the 2017 American Business Awards, a Gold award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the 2017 Golden Bridge Awards and a Gold award for Customer Service Team of the Year in the 2017 One Planet Awards.
