As Chief Information Officer, Rashid Ismail is responsible for IT, Customer Support, Installations, Marketing Operations and our Supply Chain organizations. A key focus for Rashid is leading our award-winning customer service program and enhancing the customer experience from end-to-end. Rashid joined Spireon with over 20 years of experience, initially starting his career at MetLife, among the largest global providers of insurance, annuities, and employee benefit programs, he served in senior leadership roles across Operations and Technology. Before joining Spireon, Rashid was a driving force at CoreLogic, a leading provider of property data and analytics, leading the team as senior vice president of operations, he achieved significant results by improving overall customer experience, reducing costs, and lowering cycle times.
